Payment Policy

Insurance/Medicaid:  We do not accept any form of insurance.

Payment Options: We accept the following forms of payment: Cash or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover, and most HSA/FSA cards). Payment is due the same day as the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We get it. Things come up. However, out of respect for everyone's time, we do ask for a minimum of 24-hours for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you don't show up for your appointment, or if you change the appointment time within this 24-hour window, you will still be charged for the entire session. 

Out of mutual respect, this policy does extend both ways. If we miss your appointment or cancel in less than 24-hours notice, no matter the reason, we will offer you a free session at your next appointment. See how that works?

Relationship Design is not in-network with any insurance companies (meaning we do not accept insurance). Fees are self-pay only.

Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect patients from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding them liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured patients to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care. Review this document for an explanation of your rights and protections under this Act.
